Tenants pay through their secure Buildium portal by ACH or card, with auto-pay options that cut late payments. Every payment posts to the property ledger immediately, visible to owners in their portal.
Owner payouts
Owners are paid monthly by direct deposit (ACH) with a statement showing rent collected, fees, vendor bills and receipts. Late rent triggers our follow-up process right away — and our late-payment monitoring flags any rent that lands after the 5th of the month so a payout is never silently missed.
