LHT Property Management has been part of the Tampa Bay real estate industry for over a decade, offering acquisition, renovation, leasing, short-term, mid-term and long-term rental management, maintenance and brokerage under one roof. Today the team manages roughly 98 doors — 82 long-term rentals and 16 short-term rentals — from its office at The Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel.
The company is led by Jason and Jennifer Catalanotto. Jason is a licensed Florida real estate agent with the Lifestyle Home Team, powered by LPT Realty, and also works in mortgage lending — which means owners get a manager who underwrites deals, prices rentals from live comps, and can spot a refinance or a sale opportunity when the numbers say so. The management team handles day-to-day operations locally: leasing, resident relations, inspections and owner reporting.
Our philosophy is simple: manage every home like it was our own, publish our pricing, answer the phone, and let owners see everything — statements, bills and inspections — in their portal at any time.
